This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.732/2023 on the file of the second respondent to any other competent officer or specialized agency like CBCID to conduct proper investigation.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both side counsels are present. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would submit that already investigation has been completed and charge sheet was also filed in C.C.No.209 of 2024.
