ORDER

The petitioner was found guilty of the offence under Section 353 of IPC by the Appellate Court. He was acquitted in respect of the other offence. The petitioner was levied with fine of Rs.3,000/-. Questioning the same, this revision case has been filed.

2.Having regard to the evidence on record, I am of the view that no interference is called for. This criminal revision case is dismissed.
