ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a Conductor of the respondent Transport Corporation who had retired from service on 31.01.2015.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after the retirement of the petitioner, the trade union and the management have entered into a settlement under Section 12(3) of the Industrial Dispute Act. As per the said settlement, monetary benefits would be disbursed from 01.09.2013 onwards. Seeking the said benefits, the petitioner has given a representation on 26.09.2023. Since the said representation has not been considered, the present writ petition.

3. Considering the above said facts, the respondents herein are directed to confer the eligible benefits upon the writ petitioner within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
