ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Sub Judge, Pattukkottai to dispose of the case in OS No.48 of 2021 on his file, as expeditiously as possible and within a time frame as stipulated by this Court.

2. Considering the fact that the suit had reached the stage of trial and that the suit had been repeatedly adjourned as the plaintiff had not been ready, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Pattukkottai, to dispose of the OS No.48 of 2021, as expeditiously as possible, however not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
