Perusal of the records reveals that the lower court has imposed a fine amount of Rs.200/- each on 26.12.2012, for the offence punishable under Section 294(b) of I.P.C., against which, the petitioner has come forward with this petition, seeking to set aside the judgment made in C.C.No.9 of 2012 on the file of the Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi dated 26.12.2012. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.This matter was posted on several occasions (i.e, 13.04.2016, 05.04.2018, 25.04.2018, 20.06.2018 and 28.06.2018) on every occasions there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Even today (06.07.2018), there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution.
