Vide order dated 31.07.2023, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on anticipatory bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD) Nos.12929 of 2023 dated 31.07.2023 and 08.09.2023.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that on completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai in C.C.No.2103 of 2023.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.
