The writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to forward the petitioner's representation dated 26.03.2025 to the Government as per the Letter in Na.Ka.No. 234/2024/A1 dated 27.03.2025 of the Treasury Officer, District Treasury, Sivagangai and the Government may be directed to pass appropriate orders within a specified time frame on receipt of the report from the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Chennai.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition and taking into considering that the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner have been completed and what is left open is only to pass orders on the same, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
