ORDER

This Petition is filed to direct the third respondent herein to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 16.09.2025 to revoke the suspension, to sanction subsistence allowance from the date of suspension, ie. 18.11.2024 with arrears.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material available on record.

3. Eventhough the petitioner has sought for a positive direction seeking to direct the third respondent to revoke the suspension and to sanction subsistence allowance by considering his representation dated 16.09.2025, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.09.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law and within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
