This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to survey and demarcate the boundaries of petitioners properties comprised land in Survey No.126/5C situated in 67, Nemilithippiakudi Village, Pattukkottai Registration District, Orathanadu Taluk, Pappanad, Thanjavur District, by considering petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.
3. Seeking to survey the petitioner's land in question, the petitioner sent a representation to the official respondents. Since no action has been taken on the said representation, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition.
4. Learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the official respondent, submits that the representation of the petitioner's would be considered by the official respondents.

In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law by hearing all the parties on notice and also by conducting enquiry. The said exercise shall be concluded within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
