The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the defacto complainant made a complaint under Section 163 of Cr.P.C. before the lower Court and pursuant to which, the respondent Police registered a case against the petitioner herein and thereafter, the respondent Police conducted the investigation and filed a report before the concerned Court. He would further submit that the defacto complainant did not produce any documents with regard to the job racketeering and a report has also been filed before this Court.
