ORDER

With the consent of both Mr.N.Mohideen Basha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Thiruvadi Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State, the present Writ Petition has been taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submits that the petitioner has submitted a representation to the first respondent herein, which has been duly forwarded to the second 3/6

respondent. Since no action has been taken by the concerned respondents, the petitioner has come up with the present petition for a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 herein to conduct preliminary enquiry as per DVAC Manual and to take appropriate action against the fifth respondent.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, this Court disposes the present Writ Petition with a direction to the second respondent to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 08.12.2023 on its own merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
