ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.
2. All that the petitioner wants is disposal of the petition mentioned appeal. No exception can be taken to the said request. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The interested parties including the private respondents herein will have to be necessarily heard before the final order is passed. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the first respondent to pass order one way or the other.
