[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] A Member of the School Managing Committee has filed this PIL seeking a direction for re-location of the School, which has been running since 1954, alleging that it is situated on the water body.

2. The petition is as frivolous as it could be. No such claim can be allowed to be entertained at this stage, when the School itself had been running since 1954 on the land of the Government.

3. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed with costs quantified at Rs.50,000/-, to be deposited by the petitioner with the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, within a period of one month.
