Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to grant extension the time granted in Crl.O.P(MD). No.20255 of 2023 dated 17.11.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seek time to comply the condition imposed upon the petitioner, since they are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order, dated 17.11.2023.

3.
