ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 452 and 394 IPC in Crime No.134 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 20.10.2023, the accused persons entered into the defacto complainant's house and snatched 11 sovereigns of gold chain from the defacto complainant and ran away from the scene of occurrence. Hence the complaint.

3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4.It appears that this is the second application for anticipatory bail and the earlier anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.21559 of 2023 was dismissed by this Court on 30.11.2023, on the ground that the property has not been recovered. Now, this application is filed by the petitioner without referring the change of circumstances to consider the case. 5.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 2/3
