This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second Respondent not to harass the Petitioner herein. 1/4

2. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner had been summoned and harassed by the Respondent Police. Therefore, the Petitioner came forward for filing this Petition seeking direction to the Respondent Police. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the Petition that the Petitioner is aged person and also suffering from Diabetics.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the Petitioner's son involved in NDPS offence and other I.P.C offences. The 2nd Respondent Police had made enquiry about the whereabouts of the Petitioner's Son, through whatsapp talks with the Petitioner.

4. Considering the fact that the son of the Petitioner is absconding, the Respondent Police have enquired the Petitioner. The son of the Petitioner was involved in NDPS and IPC offences. The Petitioner is not been arrayed as Accused. The Respondent Police are directed not to harass the Petitioner. The Petitioner is also directed to cor-operate with the pending enquiry that the summons are issued to him. 2/4
