This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct proper enquiry and dispose the petitioner's complaint dated 05.11.2024 and representation dated 08.11.2024. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and the same was closed on 19.08.2025.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands closed with direction to the second respondent to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law.
