By relying on a gift deed dated 01.01.2019 and extracts from the Town Survey Land Register pertaining to T.S.No.25/2 and T.S.No.26/1, the petitioner had applied for a survey. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the petitioner's application would be considered after issuing notice to all the persons mentioned in the Town Survey Land Register.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second and third respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's request for a survey after putting the joint pattadars and the owners of relevant adjacent lands on notice and considering objections, if any, raised by 2/4
