Heard both sides.

2. Sale deed dated 24.09.2025 was executed in favour of the third respondent by the petitioner. The document was presented for registration. Invoking Section 22-A of the Registration Act, registration was refused. Challenging the impugned refusal check slip, this writ petition has been filed.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the third respondent submitted that without getting approval from the competent authority, no housing or any other activities will take place in the petition-mentioned land. The said undertaking is recorded.

4. Recording the said undertaking from the third respondent through the petitioner's counsel, the impugned refusal check slip is quashed. The second respondent is directed to register the document and release it subject to fulfilment of the other usual formalities. This writ petition stands allowed. No costs.
