ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaints given by the third respondent and the petitioner, an enquiry is pending and the same would be completed within two weeks.

3. In view of the above said submission, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to complete the enquiry, after giving notice to the petitioner and third respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Thereafter, the respondent police shall communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioner and to the third respondent. It is needless to say that the respondent police shall consider all the facts before concluding the enquiry in both the complaints.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
