By relying on the patta No.649 and legal heirship certificate dated 27.07.2013, the petitioner had applied online for the survey of lands in about seven survey numbers mentioned in the Writ Petition.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2 and Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice for the third respondent. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that action would be taken on the petitioner's application after issuing notice to the other legal heirs of the late Mr.Velu.

3. The legal heirship certificate discloses the names of four legal heirs, including the petitioner. Therefore, it is necessary to issue notice to the other legal heirs. It is also necessary to issue notice to owners of adjoining lands.

4. Subject to the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed 2/4

of by directing the first and second respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's application for survey and take all necessary measures in relation thereto within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to all persons mentioned in the previous paragraph. No costs.
