ORDER
The present Review Application has been filed seeking to review the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD) No.14583 of 2022, dated 19.10.2023, wherein this Court has dismissed the writ petition on the ground that during the maternity leave period the petitioner has not made any request to appear for the survey training.
2. According to the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the review applicant, even during the maternity leave period, the petitioner has given request to the P.A to the District Collector on 24.01.2012 and 2/5
to the District Revenue Officer, Virudhunagar on 28.06.2012. However, it is the case of the District Collector, no such request has been received.
3. According to the learned Senior Counsel, in case, if the request of the petitioner had been received by the second respondent, the same may be considered on merits.
4. Considering the above said facts, depending upon the availability of the representation given by the petitioner on 24.01.2012 and 28.06.2012, the second respondent may consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.
