2.It appears that the issue is between the husband and wife. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that suppressing the earlier marriage, the third respondent married this petitioner. After coming to know about the marriage, the husband of the third respondent left the matrimonial home. After the marriage with this petitioner she got another child also. During the first marriage, there was no child. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the matter is referred to the Conciliation process. The grievance of the second respondent is that they insisted the petitioner to live with the third respondent jointly. But the petitioner did not take the advise. Already H.M.O.P proceedings is pending on the file of the Family Court, 4.Let the second respondent advice the parties to workout their remedy in the pending civil proceedings before the Family Court, Madurai and close the complaint.

5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
