ORDER

This criminal original petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.201 of 2025 from the file of the 3rd respondent to a competent higher authority or any other officer under his direct supervision to ensure a fair, impartial and expeditious investigation in accordance with law.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the jewellery belonging to the petitioner is with the 3rd respondent police.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that already the possession of the 2 sovereign gold jewellery has been handed over to the Judicial Magistrate, POCSO Court, Tirunelveli in Spl.C.C.No.368 of 2025.

4. In this regard, the petitioner is directed to make an appropriate petition before the Judicial Magistrate, POCSO Court, Tirunelveli for receiving the said jewellery. On receipt of the application, the learned trial Court is directed to consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of one month thereafter.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
