ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 4 and 5 to disburse the medical expenses to the petitioner`s husband under new Health Insurance Scheme 2022 from pension and consider the petitioner`s representation dated 19.09.2025.

2. Heard the submission of both sides counsel and perused the materials available on record.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner has made a representation dated 19.09.2025 for disbursement of the medical expenses of the petitioner's husband under the New Health Insurance Scheme, 2022, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the same and pass orders, on merits and in accordance, with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
