This Criminal Revision Case has been filed challenging the order dismissing the petitioner's application filed under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C., 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has already been registered in Crime No.337 of 2017 on the file of Boothapandi Police Station for the offence under Sections 147, 323 and 506(ii) IPC. He has also produced a copy of the First Information Report for the perusal of the Court. 3.Since First Information Report has already been registered, nothing remains in the present Criminal Revision Case for adjudication.
