This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the case in Crime No. 151 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent. 2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the investigation had been completed and the final report was laid before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam. The same had been taken on file in STC.No.3 of 2024. 3.Since the charge sheet had been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam in in STC.No.3 of 2024, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition seeking quashment of the Charge Sheet. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
