O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 13.02.2024, in accordance with the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.3807 of 2024 dated 28.08.2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent police would submit that, after completion of the enquiry, a report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil, on 18.02.2025, and a copy of the report has been furnished to the petitioner.

3. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the prayer in this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the report filed by the first respondent, it is open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
