ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a P.G Assistant Teacher working in the 2nd respondent school seeking a Mandamus as against the respondents for conferment of annual increment and selection grade.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, seeking the above said benefits, the petitioner has sent a representations to the respondents on 31.10.2023 and 29.11.2023. By proceedings, dated 01.12.2023, the 2nd respondent has informed the petitioner that he has already forwarded the proposal for grant of annual increment and selection grade to the 1st respondent on 08.11.2023. Therefore, it is clear that as on today, the file is pending before the 1st respondent herein.

3. In view of the above said facts, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the files forwarded by the 2nd respondent relating to the monetary benefits of the writ petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
