ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent police to complete the investigation in FIR No.950 of 2021 and to file a final report before the concerned Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the respondent police is conducting the investigation in an effective manner and they would file a final report within a period of two (2) months.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to conclude the investigation and file a final report within a period of two
