ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking a direction against the second Respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.650 of 2023 to the third Respondent.

2. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that Petitioner is the De-facto complainant and he had approached this Court seeking withdrawal of the case pending on the file of the second respondent as it involves financial crime of Rs.26,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Six Lakh only).

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, from the second respondent submitted that the first Respondent/ the Commissioner of Police, Madurai had issued proceedings, withdrawing the Pending F.I.R from the second Respondent and handed over the same to the third Respondent. Further, he submitted that the second Respondent will be able to hand over the investigation file to the third Respondent within a week. 2/4
