Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, Government Advocate(Criminal side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.83 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 379 and 511 I.P.C, in Crime No.83 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 21.07.2023, on secret information, the respondent Police made surprise visit in the place of Thalapparvai, wherein the petitioner attempted to illegally transport. Hence, the case. 1/3

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent. Only for statistical purpose, this case has been registered against the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that, the petitioner is involved in one previous case in Crime No.109 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 379 and 511 IPC.

5. When this case was taken up for hearing on earlier occasion, considering the facts and circumstances of this case and also considering that the petitioner is involved in previous case, which is in similar nature, this Court dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by this petitioner.

6. Now this petition has been filed with no change in circumstances. Hence, the petitioner is not entitled for any relief.
