Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner herein filed O.A.No.21 of 2021 on the file of the respondent. The original application was dismissed for default. Seeking restoration, the petitioner filed an IA. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said IA has not been numbered or disposed of till date. 3.I direct the respondent to number the restoration IA along with condone delay petition and give a disposal on merits and in accordance with law after putting the opposite party on notice. This shall be done by the respondent within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
