After submitting a representation dated 15.09.2022 to the District Revenue Officer in respect of the alleged UDR errors, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the early disposal thereof.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2. He submits that the matter is pending before the first respondent and that reports have been received from the Tahsildar and the Revenue Divisional Officer. He submits that orders would be issued on merits within three (3) months.

3. In these circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent 2/4

to consider and dispose of the petitioner's request for rectification of alleged UDR errors within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the private respondents herein.
