This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second Respondent to complete the investigation and file final report related to the case in Crime No.118 of 2022 on the file of the second Respondent.

When the case came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that based on the Complaint of the Petitioner, F.I.R. registered in Crime No.118 of 2022 and based on the investigation and the materials gathered by the Investigation Officer, final report laid before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kumbakonam, on 10.11.2023 through E-filing.
