ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking to cancel the impugned legal heirship certificate dated 03.12.2024 issued by the second respondent in Certificate No. TN-7202411222759. However, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it was informed that the relief sought in the writ petition had already been granted.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 to 5 submitted that O.S.No.167 of 2021 is pending before the District Munsif Court, Manapparai, concerning the issuance of the legal heirship certificate.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of. The learned District Munsif, Manapparai, is directed to dispose of the said suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
