ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to grant permission to the petitioner to perform Maha Kumbabishekam at Arulmigu Akkini Muthamman on 17.10.2025 situated in S No.1917/2 in Keelachekkarakudi, Srivaikuntam Taluk, Tuticorin District by considering his representation dated 03.10.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner and the third respondent have now decided to resolve their differences and have agreed to conduct the festival on terms, which are to be fixed by the Mediator.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions would submit that it is not known as to whether there is any other party whose rights are involved in the case and that the second respondent may be directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 03.10.2025 and pass suitable orders.

4. In the light of the above submission, this Court directs the petitioner and the third respondent to appear before the second respondent for enquiry and the second respondent shall conduct the enquiry by hearing the petitioner, third respondent and any other person who may be interested or whose interest may be affected and thereafter pass suitable order in accordance with law.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
