This writ petition is for writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection for surveying the land belongs to the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.09.2025.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that in the land belonging to the petitioner certain third parties belonging to a political party are in illegal occupation. Hence he sought for police protection to survey the land as those persons are preventing him from entering into the land. 2/4

3.As the request is only for surveying the land, the official respondents may consider the request of any authorised Surveyor to survey the land.
