ORDER

The petitioner has sought for direction to the respondents 1 and 2 herein to take actions based on the compliant dated 16.09.2025 and subsequent representation dated 30.09.2025 against the borrowers for breaking open the sealed secured property.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted by the respondent police and FIR was registered in Crime No.356 of 2025.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. No Costs.
