Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to pass final order in the Review Petition in Na.Ka.No. 335874/2022/AR3 dated 12.06.2023 on the file of the second respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 14.08.2023 and 20.11.2023 within a stipulated time.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

2.The petitioner had obtained legal heir certificate from the Revenue Divisional Officer, Dindigul. The fifth respondent has filed a review before the second respondent. The petitioner's grievance is that for more than six months, the matter has kept pending. 2/4

3.The second respondent is directed to dispose of the same and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
