The above petitions have been filed seeking orders (i) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the third respondent and (ii) to bring on record the respondents 21 to 23 herein as legal heirs of the deceased third respondent and rank them as respondents 21 to 23 in the above second appeal.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 10 to 16.

17995 of 2025 to condone the delay in filing the petition for setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the third respondent is allowed today, these petitions are ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the main papers and post the same on 19.02.2026.
