CRL RC(MD). No.608 of 2013 Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan Additional Public Prosecutor, for the respondent, this Court made the following order: This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.86 of 2011.
2. This Court has already dismissed the Criminal Revision Petition, by order, dated 24.08.2017 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in S.C.No.86 of 2011 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the learned Magistrate requests further time to dispose of the said case.
3. Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Magistrate, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, six months time is granted for disposing S.C.No.86 of 2011. The learned Magistrate is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
