Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.R.RAJESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- 1/3

Vide order dated 13.09.2023, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on anticipatory bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions imposed by this Court.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.
