ORDER

The petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and conduct further investigation on the complaint dated 26.09.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry is pending only to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out in said complaint and the same would be completed within two weeks.

3. In view of the above said submission, there shall be a direction to the respondents to complete the enquiry, after giving notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Thereafter, the respondents shall communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioner. If the petitioner is 2/4

aggrieved by any action of the respondents, she may seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
