ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner on the basis of his representation dated 20.12.2023.

2. Mr.T.SenthilKumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would contend that on receipt of a complaint from the present petitioner, the respondent police registered FIR in Crime No.59 of 2023 and after conducting investigation, filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Srivilliputhur.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved, he can file a protest petition before the concerned Court.
