By this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to provide adequate compensation for the acquisition of the petitioner's land by considering the representation dated 22.05.2025.

2. Upon obtaining instructions, learned Additional Government 2/5

Pleader submits that compensation has been computed in a sum of ? 53,994/- and that the said sum has not been disbursed till date because the petitioner has refused to receive it.

3. In these circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to disburse the compensation to the petitioner within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If aggrieved by the quantum of compensation, it will be open to the petitioner to seek enhanced compensation in accordance with law. No costs.
