This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.08.2025 and for a consequential direction to the third respondent to fix the Government guideline value for S.F.No.355 at Oddanchathiram, Dindigul District.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents on 08.08.2025, seeking to fix the guideline value for the subject property. Since the said representation remains unconsidered till date, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition. 3.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered by the official respondents in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.Accordingly, this Court directs the third respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 08.08.2025, by fixing the guideline value for the land in S.F.No.

355, after conducting an enquiry in accordance with law and after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned and also taking into consideration the orders passed for the petitioner's co-owners, within a period of six [6] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
