Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in O.Mu.A4/7667/2023 dated 10.11.2023, quash the same and consequently, directing the 2nd respondent to conduct the fresh enquiry by providing sufficient opportunity to the petitioner and dispose the appeal in respect of S.F.No. 1413 of Arimalam Village, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District in accordance with law.

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner challenged the issuance of patta in favour of the fifth respondent. The second respondent declined to interfere in the matter. Challenging the order passed by the second respondent, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. I am of the view that the issue raised by the petitioner has to be adjudicated only by the jurisdictional civil Court. 2/4
