This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus forbearing the 1st respondent from granting any quarry lease or prospective license to the 4th respondent for stone quarrying in S.F.No.163 situate at Rakkathampatti Village, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukkottai District by considering petitioner's representation dated 20.05.2023.
