Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings AG (A& E)/Legal Cell/WP(MD).8380/2007/940 dated 6.10.2008 and the consequential order of refixation and recovery of pension passed by the 4th respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.2680/08 dated 29.10.2008 and quash the same as illegal and consequentially to direct the respondents to grant pensionary benefits based on the last drawn pay on the date of the petitioner retirement on 31.7.2000.
